Due to the handmade nature of all ShadeCraft products, cancellations are not permitted once an order is placed. However, exceptions may be considered under special circumstances; please reach out to our customer care team for assistance. Please note that no refund will be issued for cancellations on Part Payment orders; any advance payment will be forfeited as cancellation charges.
Returns are only applicable for products damaged in transit and deemed irreparable on-site. To initiate the return process, please contact our Customer Care team. Please refrain from returning products without prior communication with a ShadeCraft representative; unauthorized returns will be returned to the customer without processing a refund.
We offer Reverse Pickup services in select locations for return shipments, with charges applicable. Alternatively, if you choose to ship the product yourself, please ensure to use a trackable shipping method (e.g., First Flight, Blue Dart). Reimbursement for shipping costs will be issued in the form of a gift voucher, redeemable for future purchases within 30 days. Returns for our Outdoor Furniture are accepted solely for Damaged/Defective products. Notification of receipt of a Damaged/Defective product must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Please refrain from accepting any products with damaged or tampered packaging, excluding normal wear and tear and markings incurred during transit.
Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Each product and package must bear a readable and untampered serial number. Returns for Outdoor Furniture are only accepted for Damaged/Defective products, with refunds provided if repair or replacement is not feasible.
To return a product as per our policy, please inform a ShadeCraft customer care representative. Unauthorized returns will not be processed. Submit a return request through our Customer Care team via email at info@shadecraft.in or by phone at +91 8097394222 (9 AM – 5:30 PM). Upon authorization, we will arrange for product pickup or provide instructions for self-shipment, where applicable.
If you notice any damage or tampering to the product packaging upon delivery, please reject the package and immediately notify our Customer Care team. We will offer a full refund or replacement product, depending on availability and your preference.
Refunds will be initiated within 74 hours of receiving the returned goods at our manufacturing unit in Rajasthan. The refund will be processed using the same payment method utilized for the original transaction, such as bank account or credit/debit card. Customer will recieve the refund within 10-15 working days
For products received with missing parts, defects, or accessories, please notify our Customer Care team immediately. We will expedite a replacement to you as soon as possible. Notification of missing parts or defects must be made within 48 hours of product delivery to qualify for a replacement.
